TimeWith Boogie Woogie, fun is guaranteed. This energetic swing dance is danced to the lively rhythms of Swing, Blues, and Rock'n'Roll Music. Playful partner communication, musical interpretation, and lots of fun on the dance floor are central elements of the dance.
In Boogie Woogie 2, you will refine your basic footwork and lead & follow while dancing to faster music. You'll expand your repertoire with new figures, including spins, 8-count swingouts, and highlights for musical breaks. Regular partner rotations allow you to experience the social nature of Boogie Woogie while learning to dance with different partners. This class is intended for dancers who have completed Boogie Woogie 1 or are already comfortable with the basic 6-count steps and a few figures.
